What is a Trixie Bet?
A Trixie Bet is a 3 selection bet consisting of 4 bets:
- 3 doubles
- 1 treble.
It is sometimes referred to as a treble with 3 doubles added.
A trixie bet will payout a return on when 2 selections win. So the advantage is you still get a return when 1 selection loses. This is a great way to hedge your bets when 1 selection is higher risk. A larger payout will be awarded if all your selections win.
